By commissioning me or purchasing any of my artwork, you are agreeing to the terms outlined below. These terms exist to protect both you (the client) and me, ModirLoki (the artist). Please read carefully before requesting a commission or purchasing any of my characters or artwork.
My turnaround time may vary depending on workload, personal schedule, and commission complexity. Please allow anywhere from 1 week to 3 months for completion.As the artist, I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. This includes (but is not limited to) harassment, inappropriate behavior, lack of communication, or violation of my terms.I will try my best to always communicate updates throughout the process and strive to be transparent about progress, delays, or unexpected issues.If you post or share my artwork on another website, you must provide proper credit and a link to my ToyHouseDo not alter, remove, or cover my signature/watermark. Doing so violates my rights as the creator.Tracing, heavy referencing, or claiming my artwork as your own is strictly prohibited, and will result in a blacklist.All commissioned works are intended for personal/private use only and may not be used commercially, redistributed, or printed for sale in any way.My artwork may not, under any circumstances, be used in, fed into, or associated with any AI or machine learning program. This includes but is not limited to AI art generation, training datasets, or image enhancement models. Any use of my artwork in AI contexts is an immediate breach of this contract.I retain all artist rights, including the right to display completed work in portfolios, galleries, or promotional materials.
All payments are accepted in USD via PayPal, CashApp, or Venmo only.Full payment is required upfront before I begin your commission, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.Once work has begun, no full refunds will be issued.If you request cancellation after I’ve started, a partial refund may be issued, based on how much time and effort has already been invested.If I personally cancel the commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.No refunds will be issued after a piece has been completed and delivered.All character sales are final once payment has been received, refunds will not be given.Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. If a chargeback or payment reversal is made for any reason, I will resell the artwork and you will be permanently blacklisted from future commissions.
You must provide a clear and accurate reference of your character. If you do not have a proper reference, I reserve the right to refuse your commission.Commissions may not begin until all necessary references and details are provided.I may contact you during the sketching or line art phase for confirmation, feedback, or clarification. Please respond promptly to avoid delays.Revisions are limited to a few minor adjustments per stage (e.g., sketch, color). Excessive or major changes may incur an additional fee.Any NSFW commissions will require a valid ID check to confirm you are of legal age (18+). Failure to provide proof will result in cancellation.I will not draw certain content, including illegal, hateful, or overly extreme material. If you are unsure whether your request is acceptable, please ask first.
Final artwork will be delivered digitally in high-resolution format (usually PNG, JPEG, or PSD if requested).The artwork will be shared via email, ToyHouse, or another platform agreed upon beforehand.Once delivered, it is your responsibility to save and back up your copy. I cannot guarantee long-term storage of files after completion.Minor color adjustments or fixes after final delivery may be offered at my discretion but are not guaranteed.
Commissions are for personal/private use only.You may:Use the artwork as a profile picture, banner, or icon.Display it on personal websites, ToyHouse, or social media with credit.Include it in character galleries or references. With credit.You may not:Use the artwork for commercial gain (including merchandise, prints, or monetized content).Use, modify, or upload the art into AI or machine learning programs.Remove my signature, crop the image to hide credit, or distribute it without permission.You may resell, gift, or trade the commissioned artwork only if it is part of a character sale. You cannot sell individual art pieces separately.
While my focus has primarily been on canine characters, I am open to trying other species , both anthro and feral.I will draw:Canines (feral or anthro)

By purchasing a commission, character, or artwork from me, you automatically agree to these Terms of Service in full.
